Gestão de stock em ambiente hospitalar: Unidade Local de Saúde do Litoral Alentejano

Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio, surge no âmbito do estágio curricular realizado como parte dos requisitos para obtenção do grau de Mestre em Economia e Gestão de Negócios pela Universidade de Évora. A possibilidade de fazer um estágio curricular, é uma oportunidade para o formando desenvolver as suas competências e habilidades pessoais e profissionais e poder confrontar todo o conhecimento adquirido ao longo de seu percurso académico, com a realidade que o mercado de trabalho lhe apresenta. Assim, neste relatório fruto do estágio realizado, pretende-se descrever o funcionamento do Serviço de Aprovisionamento e Logística da Unidade Local de Saúde do Litoral Alentejano e as políticas de gestão de stock por ele utilizadas, visto que a área de aprovisionamento é de extrema importância dentro das organizações, embora seja ainda banalizada e um tanto negligenciada. Assim sendo, ao longo do relatório, será feita a descrição do Serviço de Aprovisionamento e Logística, como é feita a gestão de stock naquela unidade de Saúde e que medidas foram adotadas face ao novo normal imposto pela pandemia da Covid19 e serão descritas todas as tarefas realizadas durante o estágio; Abstract: Supply and Stock Management in Hospital Environment - This internship report comes within the scope of the curricular internship carried out as parts of requirements for obtaining the Master´s degree in Economics and Business Management from the University of Évora. The possibility of doing a curricular internship an opportunity for the student to develop their personal and professional skills and to be able to confront all the knowledge acquired throughout their academic career, with the reality that the labor market presents. Thus, in this report, the results of the internship carried out, it is intended to describe the functioning of the Supply and Logistic Service of the Local Health Unit of the Alentejo Coast and the stock management policies used by it, since the area of supply is of extreme importance within the organizations, although it is still trivialized and somewhat neglected. Thus, throughout the report, will be made the description of the Supply and Logistics Service, how the stock management is done in that Health Unit and what measures have been taken in the light of the new normal imposed by the COVID 19 pandemic and all tasks performed during the internship will be described.
