Acompanhamento das atividades do corpo de inspeção sanitária da lota de Peniche

Abstract

Este relatório descreve as atividades efetuadas pelo Corpo de Inspeção Sanitária da Lota de Peniche acompanhadas durante o estágio curricular, realizado desde o 1 de março até 30 de junho 2013. A primeira parte do relatório relata as tarefas assistidas pela autora, que consistem na avaliação sanitária do pescado nas lotas de Peniche e Nazaré, a emissão de certificados de salubridade para os alimentos exportados e de diversas declarações, a coordenação do Sistema de Alerta Rápido para os Géneros Alimentícios e Alimentos para os Animais e ainda os controlos oficiais efetuados às embarcações de produção primária e aos estabelecimentos, relacionados com os vários planos nacionais de controlo. A segunda parte consistiu num estudo sobre a análise das causas de rejeição do pescado nessas lotas, verificando que a Lota de Peniche apresentou maior quantidade total de pescado rejeitado (345,2 kg) e permitiu destacar a principal causa como sendo o motivo “Alteração” ### Abstract: Accompaniment of Activities of the Sanitary Inspection Team of Lota de Peniche This report describes the activities performed by the Corps of Sanitary Inspection of Lota de Peniche accompanied during the traineeship, realized from the 1st of March until 30th June 2013. thus, the first part of this report is distinguished by the author assisted tasks, which consist in sanitary evaluation of the fishery products in the fish auctions markets of Peniche and Nazareth, the issuance of health certificates for exported food and various declarations, the coordination of the Rapid Alert System of Food and Feed (RASFF), official controls performed to vessels of primary production and establishments related to various national control plans. The second part is a study on the analysis of the causes of rejection of fish in these auctions demonstrating that Lota de Peniche has a greater total quantity of fish rejected (345.2 kg) and has highlighted the main cause as the reason "Alteration".
