Analysis of the sonnet "O céu, a terra, o vento sossegado" in terms of historico-poetic setting, theme, comparison with other Portuguese and English poems, and «micro-signification», a concept introduced by S. Reckert, the philologist and literary comparatist to whom this essay is dedicated.
