The paper deals with the ranking of the cultivars on the basis of Joint Regression Analysis. The criterion is the maximum adjusted yield in a range of some environmental indexes. The extremes of these ranges correspond to the nodes in the upper contour, where the adjusted straight lines for dominant cultivars intersect. The profile method will now be used to obtain better estimators of the extremes of these ranges, in the complete case.por
